Infrastructure + Art

The infrastructure it runs on,the art it wears.

Nova Labs Korea builds cloud infrastructure and produces design and art assets from one team. A server topology and an art atlas are the same thing in different clothes — set the spec, build the line, review the output, hand it over.

One atlas, two outputsNodes are infrastructure, colored tiles are art assets. Select a cell to open that practice.

Two practices

01

Cloud infrastructure

From architecture review to round-the-clock operation. You get infrastructure that is reproducible from code, not assembled by hand.

  • Architecture design & review
  • Migration
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • 24-hour monitoring & response

02

Design & art assets

From concept to the file that ships in the engine. We build a pipeline that keeps producing, not a one-off mockup.

  • Concept art & key visuals
  • In-game UI art
  • 2D & 3D assets
  • Animation & VFX

Why both

From the product team's side, infrastructure and art are two vendors, two schedules, and the same briefing twice. We keep them together to delete the cost of the handoff between them.

One point of contact
When asset volume grows, CDN cost and cache policy move with it. One team sees both, so you have that conversation once.
Spec before work
Resolution, format, naming, and delivery path are fixed in writing before anyone starts. It is the cheapest way to avoid re-exporting everything later.
It runs after we leave
Infrastructure ships as Terraform and runbooks; art ships as source files and a style guide. Your team keeps going without us.

How a project moves

Both practices run the same five steps.

  1. 01Scope reviewWhat, how far, by when. We find the missing conditions first and write them down.
  2. 02Design & estimateA proposed setup, the deliverable list, the schedule, and the cost — on paper.
  3. 03Kick-offLock the spec, naming, and delivery path. Open the shared channel.
  4. 04Progress in the openWork goes up on a fixed cadence. Feedback gets applied where it lands.
  5. 05HandoverSource files, code, runbooks, and guides transfer — and you sign off on them.

You do not have to know yet whether it is an infrastructure job or an art job

Tell us where you are and what is in the way. Sorting out which side it belongs to is part of the work.
